- Short video: October 26

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The presentation materials except for long videos are collected through the camera-ready console on CMT.
- Your camera-ready paper should not be uploaded on CMT; it should be on IEEE CPS.
- The maximum file size is 100M for short video, teaser image, teaser text all together.
- Collecting presentation posters will start after November 9 (Monday).

Short Video (by October 26)
ORAL paper authors:
3 minutes video:
- File format: mp4 with H.264 compression.
- Aspect ratio is 16:9 with minimum resolution of 720p (1280x720 pixels)(recommended).
Upload on CMT as XXX-short.mp4.
(XXX is the three-digit paper ID (zero-padded if necessary)
This video will be played during oral sessions before the live Q&A time. For each oral session, the short video of each paper will first be played sequentially, then live Q&A between the session chair and all authors in the session will happen (ZOOM discussion will be streamed on the conference website). Audience will ask questions via Rocket.Chat, and the session chair will select the questions for the authors.
POSTER paper authors:
2 minutes video:
- File format: mp4 with H.264 compression.
- Aspect ratio is 16:9 with minimum resolution of 720p (1280x720 pixels)(recommended).
Upload on CMT as XXX-short.mp4.

This video will be used to create spotlight videos for the poster spotlight sessions. All videos in a poster spotlight session will be combined into one long video that will be played in the poster spotlight session. We plan to use SpatialChat for the interactive session for presenting the posters.
Teaser (by October 26)
- One 512x512 teaser image with your main result
- File format: gif
- Animated GIF is also acceptable
- Additional 150 character teaser text is also acceptable
- Upload on CMT as XXX.gif and XXX.txt (optional).
(XXX is the three-digit paper ID (zero-padded if necessary))
This (animated) teaser image will be put as a thumbnail below the title of your paper. The title and all information about the authors will appear on top of the teaser image, so do not put the title and author information in the teaser but keep space to show the main results. The optional teaser text will be put as in an example below.
Long Video (by November 2)
- Up to 10 minutes video of your presentation.
- Please record and upload your presentation using SlidesLive (instructions will come separately).
This video will be posted on the conference website for on-demand access.
Presentation poster (by November 18)
- Your presentation poster during live poster sessions
- File format: pdf
- Poster size: 48”(hight)x72”(width) (2A0 size is okay)
- Upload on CMT as XXX.pdf.
(XXX is the three-digit paper ID (zero-padded if necessary); Max 100 MB)
The presentation poster will be available on demand on the website and posters will be displayed on the Spatial.Chat room during the live discussion.
